Welcome to the World Debt Pulse application and any other products or services owned or operated by Apps by Koketso ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "World Debt Pulse Service"). To access the World Debt Pulse Service, you must at all times agree to and abide by these Terms of Use, including any additional guidelines, and any future modifications (collectively, these "Terms"). These Terms are a legal contract between you, a user of at least 18 years of age ("you" or "User"), and Apps by Koketso regarding your use of the World Debt Pulse Service.
By accessing, installing, browsing, using, subscribing to, or registering for the World Debt Pulse Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms, please terminate your use of the World Debt Pulse Service.
World Debt Pulse presents economic data sourced from the IMF World Economic Outlook and the World Bank World Development Indicators. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the information displayed is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or content in the Service. You agree that no content in the Service should be relied upon as the basis for any financial, investment, or commercial decision; all risks arising from such activities are borne by you.

World Debt Pulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Monetary Fund or the World Bank. These organisations make their datasets publicly available; World Debt Pulse presents this data for informational and educational purposes only.
Your access to and use of the World Debt Pulse Service is subject to all applicable international, national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you will not use the Service in any manner or for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. The World Debt Pulse Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, please do not use the Service.
When using the World Debt Pulse Service, you may be subject to additional posted guidelines or terms applicable to specific features, which may be updated from time to time.
Your use of the World Debt Pulse Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The World Debt Pulse Service is owned and operated by Apps by Koketso. The visual interfaces, design, compilation, computer code, software, and all other elements of the Service provided by us are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws. All trademarks and service marks are proprietary to Apps by Koketso or its affiliates and/or third-party licensors. The underlying economic datasets are the property of the IMF and World Bank respectively, subject to their own terms of use.
As a condition of your use of the World Debt Pulse Service, you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Access from territories where the content is illegal is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.
The data and information presented in World Debt Pulse is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate any account or access to the World Debt Pulse Service at any time and for any reason. Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
THE WORLD DEBT PULSE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATA DISPLAYED IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold Apps by Koketso and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use or misuse of the World Debt Pulse Service or violation of these Terms.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL APPS BY KOKETSO OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WORLD DEBT PULSE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the World Debt Pulse Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved after 60 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the laws of South Africa. Arbitration shall be conducted in English.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Apps by Koketso. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflicts of laws.
