This Privacy Policy explains how 100x Profit AI ("100x Profit AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application on iOS or Android (the “App”). 100x Profit AI is an AI-powered companion that offers chat, insights, and personalized features similar to professional trading assistants. AI image analysis features within the App are powered by services provided by OpenAI or DeepSeek for processing, depending on your region and availability.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use 100x Profit AI.

1. Information We Collect

• Personalization Data: During initial onboarding, we may optionally collect details such as your name, trading experience, and market preferences. This information is used exclusively within the App to tailor your insights and is not shared with third parties.
• Chart Image Analysis: When you upload images of charts (stock, crypto, etc.) to 100x Profit AI, these images are processed solely to generate the trading insights you requested. Uploaded images may be securely transmitted to OpenAI or DeepSeek for image analysis purposes only. No personal data is included or shared. Images will be kept on our servers for 30 days, after which they will be automatically deleted. However, you have the option to immediately delete the insight analysis, which also deletes the associated image.
• Anonymous User ID: We support fully anonymous usage. If you do not provide personal identifying details, we create a non-identifying ID. This unique identifier allows us to remember your preferences and maintain a continuous app session.
• Conversation Content: Prompts, questions, and messages you submit through the chat interface are processed locally within the App and are not shared with OpenAI or DeepSeek.
• Usage Metrics: We track general interaction data, such as the features you engage with, the frequency of use, and the duration of your sessions. This data is used exclusively to enhance the app's functionality and user experience.
• Technical Diagnostics: We collect non-personal technical details like your device model, operating system version, IP address, and language settings. This helps us monitor performance and ensure app reliability.
• Crash and Stability Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically gather reports when the App encounters a technical failure. These reports contain diagnostic data necessary for us to promptly identify and resolve bugs.
• Subscription Data: Your purchase status and entitlement information are managed by RevenueCat for verification and restoration purposes. All financial payment details are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are not accessed by 100x Profit AI.
• SDK Data and Technologies: The App itself does not use cookies. However, the third-party analytics and crash reporting services we employ may store minimal technical data required for their performance measurement.

2. How We Use Information

• Operate and improve the App and its AI image analysis features powered by OpenAI or DeepSeek
• Maintain anonymous sessions and provide consistent experience
• Measure performance, fix bugs, and enhance reliability
• Process subscriptions and restore purchases
• Comply with legal obligations and protect user safety

3. Your Choices

• Personal Information: Providing your trading preferences during onboarding is optional. However, skipping this step may limit the personalization of insights.
• Chart Images: You retain full control over the images you upload. These are processed temporarily and are not stored on our servers beyond the stated retention period.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)

Where applicable under GDPR or similar laws, we process your data based on legitimate interests (e.g., maintaining and improving the App), performance of contract (when providing subscribed services), and legal obligations.

5. Sharing and Disclosures

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• OpenAI or DeepSeek – solely for AI-powered image analysis of charts submitted by the user. No personal data is shared.
• Firebase (Google) – for analytics, crash reporting, and app stability.
• RevenueCat – for subscription verification and entitlement management.
• Legal Authorities – if required by law or to protect safety and integrity.

6. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to operate the App, comply with laws, and enforce agreements. Anonymous usage data and crash reports are retained according to Firebase’s standard retention schedules.

7. Your Rights

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transmission and secure token storage, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

100x Profit AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can delete it.
